Dear Friends,

As a second generation Italian, my youth brings many warm memories to mind, and two stand out in particular: family and food. Whether it was sauce made with handpicked tomatoes from Picton or imported grapes from abroad to make that perfect barrel of wine – it was always family time. Without fail, the dinner table held a jug of wine (my Father always had his same cola glass and plate for every meal), lots of bread and an abbondanza (abundance) of food. Friends and relatives were always welcome with open arms, knowing that the laughter and stories only got better with each telling. Changing seasons and the comings and goings of holidays brought different foods to our table and new opportunities to try recipes from the homeland. From this comes Frankie Pesto's: the perfect complement of old and new Italian traditions in food and wine, and all the friends that our new family has made since we opened in 1993.

With a global selection of lovely wines and a menu that changes constantly, we strive to create an abbondanza of great food. Our friendly and dedicated staff has one goal: to ensure you have the perfect environment in which to connect with your own friends and family over a meal that both surprises and delights you.

In Italy there is a saying: "Chi Mangia Bene, Vive Bene" ("He who eats well, lives well"). At Frankie Pesto's we promise we'll do whatever we can to live up to that old adage... because nothing pleases us more than to see you happy and satisfied with your dining experience.
